(a) LUXE DUO is committed to providing high quality products and services and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, should you wish to return an item LUXE DUO is pleased to offer the following return policy:
Returns and exchange policy
As of 21 August 2016, LUXE DUO will provide (at the customer’s option) an exchange, credit note or refund for full priced items sold within the LUXE DUO E-Boutique will only where:
(i) The product/s is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached; and
(ii) The product/s is not worn, damaged, altered or washed; and
(iii) The product/s is wrongly described or the product/s is different to the item ordered; or
(iv) The product/s is the incorrect sizing/fit.
Returns will be approved at LUXE DUO’s sole discretion.
b. If you wish to return your item for an exchange or credit note, the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.
c. Please note that sale items, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery and accessories cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded, unless deemed faulty (at the sole discretion of LUXE DUO).
d. Online store (E-Boutique) credit notes will expire six months from their date of issue and can only be redeemed for purchases via the LUXE DUO e-boutique.
e. Refunds will only be applied to the original credit/debit card of purchase. LUXE DUO does not refund original shipping charges or the cost of shipping to return your items.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
(a) In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or your purchased item does not fit, simply Email email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation number (RA). We will not accept returns after two (2) weeks of the purchase period (10 business days). Once you have received an authorisation number from LUXE DUO send back the return within five (5) business days of receiving your number.
(b) LUXE DUO will provide you with return instructions and delivery address upon return authorisation approval.
(c) Subject to the following paragraphs (d) and (e) LUXE DUO will provide you with a repaired item, replaced item or (where this is not possible) a credit note or refund will be offered for all items where:
(i) The product/s is received in a damaged condition; or
(ii) The product/s is faulty (as determined by LUXE DUO in its sole discretion).
(d) Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
(e) If an item is considered damaged or faulty, LUXE DUO will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve this return. They will then notify us as to whether the item will be repaired or replaced.
